    Brush with nylon bristles and 9 inch bamboo handle

    Very effective, this extra-soft brush has been designed specifically to stimulate the skin and the delicate lymphatic system. It will allow you to particularly awaken the subcutaneous nerve endings and is very effective for dry brushing.

    In a non-medical context, this brush is highly practical for gardeners and DIY enthusiasts. Measuring just 2" x 3", this small brush is made with 1440 fine bristles.

    Très agréable mais j ai dû arrêter car cela a déclenché des réactions sur ma peau ,plaque d’eczéma et démangeaisons sur le corps

    C'est bien d'arrêter lorsque le corps réagit.
    Je vous invite à laisser votre peau guérir. C'est primordial.

    Puis vous pourrez peut-être brossez légèrement une petite partie de votre corps (soit les pieds) aux 2 jours et surveiller si votre peau réagit.

    Je me brosse quotidiennement avant la douche du matin ..;C'est un rituel facile à intégrer , comme le brossage de mes dents .. Je me sens revigorée , plus tonique , je trouve aussi que mon équilibre s'est amélioré . . La brosse et le manche sont de bonne taille , ni trop petits ni trop grands , facile à emmener dans sa valise . L'entretien est très pratique . C'est un accessoire dont je ne sais plus me passer et je ressens qu'il me veux beaucoup de bien !!
