Shipping policy

We are delighted that you have chosen Nouveau yoga for your purchases of yoga products and other accessories.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. They are provided to ensure that both parties acknowledge and agree to this arrangement, to protect each other and to set expectations about our service.

General

We try to maintain an accurate stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we would not be able to ship all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to discuss whether you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or whether you would prefer to receive a refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of payment according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price of shipping costs for the customer.

Please ensure that the delivery address you enter when ordering is correct. In the event of error, products will be returned to our warehouse. Your order will then be cancelled and reimbursed, with the exception of shipping costs. To receive your items, you will need to place a new order.

If an address error is detected, our team will contact you to inform you and guide you through the steps to follow.

Shipping times (ex-warehouse)

Orders are generally processed within 3 working days of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except on public holidays, when the warehouse is closed. In some cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Terms of delivery

Transit time domestic - Europe. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 to 7 working days. International orders are in transit between 7 and 15 working days.

Tracking notifications

Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the carrier.

Damage in transit

Nouveau Yoga is not responsible for lost, damaged and/or misdirected packages. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. A delivery charge of €15 + tax will apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. They vary by country, and Nouveau Yoga encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of the package in its destination country, the merchandise will be returned to Nouveau Yoga and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid. The cost of the original shipment will not be refunded.
