Nouveau Yoga is committed to your satisfaction!
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return it, along with a copy of the invoice and your full contact details, by insured, prepaid post.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order. Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Gift certificates and sale items are not refundable.
For reasons of hygiene, yoga products and other boutique accessories that have been opened or used are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a manufacturing problem. If an item is defective, we will return it to you at our expense.
As for the therapy balls, since they are made of natural rubber, it is normal for them to have a few minor imperfections. This in no way affects the quality of the massage, as they are dense inside.
To receive a refund, yoga products and other accessories must be returned in the same condition in which they were purchased.
Clothing must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed and unworn.
All items purchased on sale are final sales. No returns or exchanges are possible.
All promotions offered on the online store cannot be combined with a promotional code.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can cancel the order. Just send us an e-mail at info@nouveauyoga.com.
If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, you must return the products ordered to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the products, we will refund your order. Shipping costs are not refundable.
You have 2 weeks to come back to us if you have a complaint.
CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other charges are non-refundable.
- You must contact us by e-mail at assistance@nouveauyoga.com with your order number, your full name, the item to be returned, a photo of the product if necessary and the reason for the return.
- No claims will be accepted after 2 weeks from receipt of order.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by our team. Please note that refunds may take a few working days to appear on your credit or debit card statement.
